will be held as follows:

       It is proposed that David Shoubridge be re-appointed as Independent Examiner.

10.  Items for Discussion (advance notice required) 

The Committee is now actively looking for new members and would be pleased to hear from anyone who would like to join it to help further the aims of the Society.  Anyone so interested should contact the Secretary by 30th September 2023.

Nominations for items for consideration under “Items for Discussion” need to be made in writing to the Secretary no later than 30th September 2023 using the e-mail address below.

The meeting will be held in the hour prior to the performance of the Daniel Tong concert at St Briavels church.
