6. Election of Officers and Members of the Committee:
- Chair: Corinna Arnold is standing down as Chair and Ian Lewis is standing for election as Chair;
- Secretary: Alice Hogge is standing down as Secretary and Annette Hecht is standing for election as Secretary;
- Treasurer: David Rees is standing for reelection;
- Concert Manager: Mike Haines is standing for reelection;
- Committe members: Corinna Arnold, Alice Hogge, Martin Fenn-Smith and Michael Bradley are standing for reelection to the committee; Andy Baker is standing as a new member of the committee. 7. Appointment of Independent Examiner:

The Committee is still actively looking for new members and would be pleased to hear from anyone who would like to join it to help further the aims of the Society. Anyone so interested should contact the Secretary by 30th September 2024.
Nominations for items for consideration under “Items for Discussion” need to be made in writing to the Secretary no later than 30th September 2024 using the e-mail address below.
The meeting will be held in the hour prior to the performance of the Clare Hammond concert at St Briavels church.
